We do not provide personalized financial, investment, or brokerage advice. We do not manage client funds, execute trades on behalf of third parties, or provide real-time automated trading signals. You acknowledge that financial market trading involves substantial risk of capital loss and that past performance demonstrated on historical chart specimens does not guarantee future market outcomes.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All educational courseware, syllabus outlines, Risk Matrix calculation spreadsheets, proprietary diagrams, text, graphics, and video materials created by Net Harbor Hub are the intellectual property of Net Harbor Hub Co., Ltd. and protected under Thai and international copyright laws.
Enrolled participants are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to review course materials for their own individual study. 4. Enrollment, Scheduling & Tuition
Tuition rates displayed on our website represent current educational fees in Thai Baht (THB). Enrollment in any clinic or workshop cohort is finalized upon written confirmation and payment receipt. We reserve the right to reschedule studio sessions or substitute instructors in unavoidable circumstances, providing timely notice to enrolled participants.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Thailand, Net Harbor Hub Co., Ltd., its directors, instructors, and employees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in our training programs, your interpretation of technical charting concepts, or any real-world market execution decisions you undertake.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
