4. Data Retention Periods

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the educational purposes for which it was gathered. Inquiry forms are retained for up to 12 months. Enrolled student records and course completion archives are kept for 5 years to comply with Thai accounting, tax, and educational record-keeping regulations.

While our primary operations and studio facilities are located in Chiang Mai, Thailand, certain cloud hosting and communication tools may process data on servers located outside Thailand.
