Refund & Rescheduling Policy

1. Policy Overview
At Net Harbor Hub Co., Ltd., we maintain strict limits on cohort class sizes (maximum 8-12 participants) to ensure focused, high-caliber diagnostic instruction. Consequently, cancellations directly impact instructor scheduling and seat availability for other aspiring market practitioners. This policy outlines our terms for refunds, cancellations, and session rescheduling.
2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility for Group Workshops
For structured multi-week workshops, including our flagship Risk-to-Reward Analysis Clinic and the Multi-Timeframe Chart Structure Lab:
- Cancellations 14 or More Days Prior to Start: You are eligible for a 100% full refund of tuition paid, minus any direct banking or international wire transfer fees.
- Cancellations Between 7 and 13 Days Prior to Start: You are eligible for a 50% partial refund, or alternatively, you may transfer 100% of your tuition credit to an upcoming cohort within 6 months.
- Cancellations Less Than 7 Days Prior to Start: Tuition is non-refundable, as studio capacity and instructor materials have been locked. You may request a one-time transfer to a future cohort subject to a 15% rescheduling administrative fee.
- Once Cohort Has Commenced (Work Already Started): No refunds will be issued once the first live studio session has taken place.
3. Private 1-on-1 Mentorship & Trade Journal Audits
For private diagnostic consultations and forensic trade journal audits:
- Rescheduling Notice: You may reschedule any private consultation without penalty by providing at least 48 hours advance notice.
- Late Notice (Under 48 Hours) or No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice or failure to attend a scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of that individual 60-minute diagnostic session.
- Completed Audits: Custom forensic audit reports and completed diagnostic consultations are non-refundable once delivered.
4. Non-Refundable Items & Services
The following items and fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Printed or custom-compiled physical study binders and reference handbooks once delivered.
- Digital workbook licenses and access credentials to the Chiang Mai Chart Lab historical archive once activated.
- Bank transfer and currency conversion processing fees charged by intermediary banking institutions.
5. Cancellation Initiated by Net Harbor Hub
In the rare event that Net Harbor Hub must cancel a scheduled clinic cohort due to unforeseen instructor illness, force majeure, or studio emergencies, enrolled participants will be offered the choice of an immediate 100% full refund or guaranteed priority enrollment in the next scheduled cohort.
6. Refund Processing Time and Method
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days from written confirmation. All refunds are issued exclusively via the original payment method (domestic Thai bank transfer or international wire back to the originating bank account).
